Using SayBay
By using SayBay, you agree to these terms. SayBay provides guided practice for American-English rhythm, intonation, and fluency. It is an educational tool, not a guarantee of any particular pronunciation, accent, employment, academic, or other outcome.
Your account
You may use SayBay as a guest or sign in with a supported provider. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and account secure and for providing accurate information when you choose to create an account.
Acceptable use
You may use SayBay only for lawful, personal learning purposes. You may not:
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer SayBay except where the law does not permit us to restrict that activity.
- Use SayBay in a way that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.
Content and intellectual property
SayBay and its lesson materials, design, audio, text, and software are owned by SayBay or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them through the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep SayBay available and useful, but the service may change, be updated, or become temporarily unavailable. We may modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve SayBay.
Disclaimers and liability
SayBay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SayBay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as SayBay evolves. If we make material changes, we will post the revised terms here with an updated date. Continuing to use SayBay after the changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
